This is the website of Yorkshire Accountants Limited, and we’re responsible for the information it collects. We’re registered in England and Wales, company number 10586103, and our registered office is Park House, Wilmington Street, Leeds LS7 2BP.

When you visit a page
When you open a page, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles some technical details: your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser and the time. That’s used to show you the page and protect the site from attacks.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a website that works and stays secure. The fonts, images and video all load from this website, not from other companies.
Cookies
We don’t set cookies for advertising or analytics, and there are no ad pixels or visitor tracking. Your browser may keep copies of images and fonts so pages load faster next time. Those stay on your device.
If you pause the animations, your browser remembers that for the tab you’re using. It isn’t sent to us, and it’s cleared when you close the tab. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site follows that too.
When you get in touch
There are no forms on this website. Anything you pick on the Contact page stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.
When you ring or email us, we use what you tell us to answer your question. If you ask us to take on work for you, we use it to get that started.
Links to other sites
Some links take you to other websites. Directions open Google Maps, our company record opens Companies House, and the complaints link below opens the Information Commissioner’s Office. Their own privacy notices apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it, plus any time the law says we must keep records. If you become a client, the terms and privacy information we give you at that point cover that work.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, UK data protection law lets you ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. You can also ask us to limit or stop how we use it, or for a copy you can take elsewhere.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us and we’ll look into it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
